1. Opt-In Consent
Consumers provide consent to receive SMS messages from Rapid Funding by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our web form. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Rapid Funding regarding structured settlement funding notifications, updates, reminders, follow-ups, and related account communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Msg & Data rates may apply.
3. Opt-Out Process
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
